How do I reschedule a confirmed visit?

Only Flote Admins can reschedule a confirmed visit. To do this, you can use either route:

• From What’s coming up. Open the confirmed visit from the What’s coming up card on the dashboard.
• From Calendar. Open the confirmed visit from the Week or Day view in Calendar.

From What’s coming up

1. Open the Flote dashboard.
2. In the What’s coming up card, leave the Upcoming tab selected and choose the confirmed visit.
3. In Visit details, choose Ask to reschedule or Propose new time.

• Ask to reschedule cancels the current visit right away. The visitor receives an email with Book a new time, which takes them to the booking page to choose another available time.
• Propose new time lets you pick one specific replacement time. The visitor receives an email with Accept new time and Decline. The original visit stays confirmed until the visitor responds. If they accept, the new time becomes the confirmed visit. If they decline, the original visit stays scheduled.

From Calendar

1. Open Calendar from the Flote navigation.
2. Use the Week or Day view and go to the date of the confirmed visit.
3. Choose the confirmed visit on the calendar.
4. In Visit details, choose Ask to reschedule or Propose new time.
