  Visitors can come at the times you add in Calendar, either a one-off afternoon or the same time every week. Those times cover phone and video calls too.

• Change your visit settings

  Change your visit settings to show whether visits are welcome, share the right location with confirmed visitors, and add notes for followers.

• How do I approve or decline a visit request?

  Approve or decline a visit request from the Admin email or Notifications, then send the visitor a confirmation, a note, or a link to book another time.

• How to add an appointment with AI

  Describe an appointment in plain language and AI fills in the date, time, recurrence, and location for you to review and confirm.

• How do I reschedule a confirmed visit?

  Reschedule a confirmed visit from the dashboard or Calendar. Ask the visitor to book again, or propose a new time while keeping the original.

• Using time zones
