How do I invite people to my support circle?

Only a Flote admin can invite people to the support circle. Choose one of these three options:

• Option 1: Invite someone from the dashboard. Find Support circle on the dashboard, then select + Invite.
• Option 2: Invite someone from Settings. Open Settings, then select Support circle and Invite someone.
• Option 3: Share the Flote link. From the dashboard, select Share Flote link to share it.

Option 1: Invite someone from the dashboard

Click Dashboard, then scroll down to the Support circle card and select Invite someone to help or + Invite.

In the invitation form, fill in their name and email, then choose their relationship to the person the Flote is for and a role.

Phone number and a personal message are optional. Select Send Invitation when you are ready.

Option 2: Invite someone from Settings

Open Settings, select Support circle, then select Invite someone.

Option 3: Share the Flote link

From the Flote dashboard, select Share Flote link.

For a private Flote, the dialog has a Public link and an Invite link. People who use the Public link need your approval to join. People who use the Invite link join automatically. Share the Invite link with people you know, or use Text, Email, WhatsApp, or Facebook to start a message.

If you need a fresh invite link, select Generate a new link at the bottom of the sharing dialog. Generating a new link disables the old one.

For a public Flote, the dialog has one Flote link. Anyone who uses it joins automatically. Copy it, or use one of the sharing options to start a message.

What the person sees

This section and screenshot show what the person receiving the invitation sees on their end.

A direct invitation opens a page headed You have been invited. It shows the Flote, who sent the invitation, and the selected role. The person can add an optional phone number and select Accept Invitation.
